For the time being, ask around regarding other groups' votes first. Of course I'd like to make sure that Tsuchigumo will be safe, but if I can verify them as someone else's first choice, then it might potentially be better for us to place our vote somewhere else. I'd actually like to arrange a meeting between a handful of people to see if we can accomplish more extensive coordination across groups.

people are always going to look for a easy mark
but the people i care about most are bugbear

I think that's a sound concern. In that case, I might claim that Phoenix intends to protect Bugbear to give reason for others to avoid you, at least for the time being.

Regarding tokens, do you have enough to cover every member of Bugbear? There are a few more in my group willing to donate some of their own as well.
