I promise you that they are not. Part of why I interjected myself the way I did was to be completely certain that none of the votes ended up on that group.

For example, I can have quite a bit of confidence that Cerberus and Kraken will reliably protect one another, because they care about one another deeply; Tsuchigumo's current arrangement comes with no such reassurance.

No, he is fine. For the time being, his body is being held in one of the cells in Tsuchigumo. I was able to retrieve his sword from him as well, so he should not be a great danger to himself or others.
